I lost my nan almost 9 years ago. At the time i thought i was ok, i had to be as everyone else was struggling. We never really spoke about our feelings in my home growing up and since then ive never fully copped well with difficult conversations. Lately my grief has been eating at me. I miss my nan all the time, she was my best friend. I am really struggling with how to get through this and i dont know what to do anymore.
