Alan
No one know how hard it has been to wake up in a world where you no longer exist.
I smile when I have to, I keep going because I have to.
But when I’m alone the truth comes rushing back.
I miss you, I miss us, and some days missing you hurts more than I can explain.
No one truly knows how much of me left this world the day I lost you.
xx
@Alone1 Alan hears you, we hear you, and yes, we know Cindy ![]()
Hi Alone1. It may not be any comfort to you but as Gemswinc said we know how you are feeling, I really feel it at night when I try and watch a film on TV thinking that Theresa would be watching it with me, it’s a horror ble thing to be going through. Take care.
Some days I still think it’s a horrible nightmare and that I’ll just wake up.
Dear @Alone1 ,
your love does reach your beloved Alan in Heaven, he does hear what you are telling him.
He’s looking out for you from Heaven and in spirit he’s right by your side.
At a later time, whenever God decides to call you, too the two of you will be reunited in Heaven for all eternity.
May God bless, protect, guide and comfort you!
Kind regards - Joe
This is so true. You have said it exactly how it is. X
Over tired, having a bit of a day. Tears have now started, a release. It’s good to get them out we are told. I’ve never had pain like it. We will be ok.
@Katherine20 Yes, we will be OK
Cindy ![]()
I really hope so as there can’t be much more pain.
@Katherine20 I know. I’m not writing it so much anymore, but I know. We miss them so much. I’ve had more years to sort out the workmen thing, and you will get it sorted, but the hardest is the pain, the loss, the missing. One builds defenses, but it squeezes through the cracks, but yes! We will be OK Rest well tonight
Cindy
Thank you.x
@Alone1 So relatable! It must be the hardest thing that any of us have done. Sending love.
