My little brother was murdered very traumatically in July and my 12 year marriage ended 3 months later. I am feeling a lot of loss right now and I am unsure how to navigate it. My house is up for sale so that will also be going soon and the dogs will be seperated. Little bit concerned that I’ll have a complete melt down soon but I’m holding it together.
