Bless you. I feel for you as I too have lost my husband and I am finding it hard, even though it’s been nearly four years. We were married for 54 years, together for 57.
I am sure your little dog will help. I am not allowed pets here in my apartment unfortunately, but from past experience, I know how empathic they can be.
Take each day at a time and do keep coming on here. I have found it a great help and comfort and have formed a good friendship with someone on here that I got into conversation with.
You are not on your own. Hugs, Ann
