My Father passed away Sunday One day before his 78 th Birthday, in a Care Home, on the Saturday he was fine as l saw him for the last time, l miss him so much my heart is broken and l want back!
But it’s to late he knew loved him as l told him all the time, l didn’t realize it’s the last time l would say that l am in so much pain

I’m so very sorry to hear that your father passed away. It sounds as though you were very close and it’s understandable that you’re missing him so much and in so much pain.
You’re not alone here and there are many others who have experienced a similar loss. I’m sure you’ll get some supportive replies very soon, but in the meantime perhaps you could have a look at some of the other conversations here and post a reply if you feel ready?
