Hello I don’t know what to say to be honest I just need some help or to even just to talk to someone. I’ve been struggling after having my miscarriage two weeks ago . I’m trying to be normal and happy but the past days I’ve been lonely and sad and I want to stop feeling like that but I feel hopeless and empty . I’m not sure what to do to get over it
I have so much anxiety and fear at the moment because I’m scared of not becoming a mum again
