I miss my mom so much she died on 7th August 2025, i made a promise to return to see her but never made it back, the grief im feeling is terrible my father passed in 2023 and i have accepted he has gone, but i cant accept my mom the guilt i feel for her is so immense it hurts and i cannot get rid of how im feeling

This grief rollercoaster we are on can be so painful and no one understands it until they too experience such a loss. We are all here for each other so keep posting and reading.

I hope you can eventually find some peace and comfort in the memories of your mom, and dad x
