4 months ago my beautiful mum was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer she was just 65 and had recently retired to enjoy her life with her partner. For 20 years it was just me and my mum she made sure I never went without and I hold Amazing memories. Even when I got married we still spoke everyday I moved up the road from her, I never ever recall anyone havin a bad word to say about her. Sadly on sun 8/9/24 after a 3 week spell in hosp they decided to stop all antibiotics as she caught a bug and move mum to a hospice within 24 hours mum had gone, shocked, hurt, not understanding why so quick, lost, empty and angry. I lost my husband age 37 couple years ago my best friend age 53 in July and now my mum. How do I deal with it cos right now Iām at the bottom

I am so, so sorry for your tremendous losses. There is no pain like this.
Whats important right now is listen to your body, concentrate on one day/hour/minute at a time and nothing further than that
