We lost our beautiful mum 5 months ago and I feel heartbroken. It’s her birthday in july. I’m unsure what to do on her birthday. Should we let off some balloons? Any suggestions please as it’s going to be such a hard day

I’m so sorry for your loss.
I lost my mum a week today and it’s her birthday on Wednesday. Me and my brother have decided to go for something to eat in a restaurant she really wanted to go to but never got round to.
Of course everyone is different but maybe do something she never got to do or go to her favourite restaurant.
I don’t have much of an appetite right now but it’s something we would have definitely all done together, it brings me some comfort knowing she would of loved it too.
