I just found my sister and i dont know what to do or how to cope i got really bad flashbacks
Baby steps , just take it an hour then a day then a week at a time. Others will be along you are not alone.

Seems like its gettin Harder i carnt sleep and i keep seeing her and panicking i dont feel safe on my own home

Its so so so raw for you at the moment you can not even process anything, do you have people around you, keep talking on here as well.

6 weeks since my sister died suddenly. Just keep taking it a day at a time. I cannot yet see what my new normal will look like. X
