Is this weekend I’m so upset totally devastated. He passed away in March this year on my birthday aged 20. Absolutely traumatised. Xx

So sorry for your loss, I totally get how you’re feeling with your sons 21st birthday approaching, I lost my son Scott in May and it was his (or it would have been) his 30th birthday a couple of weeks ago, it should have been such a celebration with so many plans that should have been made but instead I spent the day in bed as you said traumatised. Nothing makes sense in this cruel world but you will get through the day somehow, be kind to yourself, love and hugs to all on this horrible journey that we have been forced on
