My nan has dementia and i am finding it hard to cope with i havent manged to talk to her as my aunt wont let me call her i dont know why but thats making it harder on me as she lives in essex and i live in kent so i fill helpless especially when my aunt promised she would update me and she hasnt and shes had every exuse in the book i just dont know what to do anymore i dont know how to cope
