My brother died suddenly in February 2015 at the age of just 35. I don’t find it gets easier if anything I find gets more difficult. I worshipped him. We were very close. I miss him terribly. Not sure if its because the first anniversary is approaching by I’m terribly anxious, cannot sleep and feel so low.
Hi Scobby im very sorry for your loss .Ye i think it is because this year your not celebrating his birthday in life its a mark of the time of his passing from this world.Have you seen your gp or had cuoncelling or phoned the samaritians (i do all 3 on a regular basis ) Do you have family to offload with .But its deffo cool to offload here dont hold back we are all here to help if we can Colin

Its the 1st anniversary of my mum on my husbands birthday in 3 weeks.It doesnt feel right that my mum is not here anymore.
I know how you feel, I lost my 21 year old brother 3 1/2 years ago and I can say that the first year is the hardest.
