Mines been unbelievable past 5 years …losing them both was just a fraction of it…mix in the fact i have adhd and bipolar aswell…just feel quiet now …im i tbe only one who feels like songs on yhe radio are coming from them and a bird just flew in my kitchen …ive lived jere 15 yrs!! Never happened before

I think your handle is misleading I think you are strong, Quiet is good i think sit with it and focus on positive memories, they will always be with you.
