Hi, im absolutely in shock, An ex partner of mine took his life last friday, I lost my dear nan in sept 22 then an ex partner may 23. i dont know how to feel 
. i dont have much support as my kids are busy with their own lifes

Iām so sorry you have had all these losses. It must feel so hard. Maybe reach out to your kids - Iām sure they would want to support you if they knew you were struggling.
And this community here is a great support - we all understand and are struggling with similar situations.
