Good evening everyone,
Even though my much loved mum died in 2018 I am still struggling with having to cope without her. Under a lot of stressful stuff at the moment and drinking a lot of alcohol which doesn’t do my chronic daily headache any good. I am also self harming a lot and making fingers very sore. On top of all this I have a few health problems and have been ill for 50 years. I was 8 when I had my first chronic daily headache and I haven’t been pain free since and my son has got aspergers so I am his carer. I have come here for support as it was also mum’s birthday on Friday and just need to contact other people struggling since losing their mum.
