Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing as well as possible. I know it is a horrible time of grief, loss, confusion, and possible anger, but please believe me, it does get better!
My lovely sister passed away in May this year. She lived in America but we were still very strong communicators and had a tight bond.
For the last few years I haven’t had a good relationship with other members of the family. So much so, that even to this day, 5 months later, no one has directed told me that she has even passed away! Not even our other sister!! I only heard it through my 96 year old nan who received the news in an email and called me to see how I was doing, not knowing I didn’t already know!
So I have been treated so disgustingly and disrespectfully, and I still holding my head up and keep going, as I know my sister would have wanted me to x
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted to let you know that you have been heard and you are not alone.
