Not ready to be a grown up

Oh my.
This is the 1st time I’ve reached out.
Just over a year ago I lost my father, we had a very complicated relationship (for various reasons) and I feel that I overreacted tbh
Then, OUT OF THE BLUE, my mum
Who had basically raised me alone since she was 19 years old, died.
No sickness, no warning, just a policeman at my door

I know its corny etc but I swear, apart (? Lol) from my husband) she was my best friend
And I am just so F**King ANGRY
is this normal?

Hi, yes very normal, it’s all part of grief but be assured it will past. Grief is horrible and is different for everyone but certain things come out time and again and being angry with everything and everyone is normal. We have to learn to control it as much as we can and that’s not easy. Read others post and you may find something that helps you, personally. Take things slow and think before you jump, easier said than done but !!! Take care and please keep posting. S xx
