Sophie Capewell and team have just won gold and broken the world record in track cycling. Sophie lost her dad in 2021. She just had to answer an interview question on Eurosport about the tears she’d shed when she won, “Tell me what was going through your mind.” Poor girl 
. She deflected the question on to her team mate, but I don’t think that they should have pressed her on that. She’s grieving and always will be

Yeah I agree with you on that.
It must of been hard for her to have to deflect the question
To me grief is a personal journey and I wouldn’t be able to deflect the question id of broke down in tears

Yep, definitely. An intrusive question posed in the name of entertainment (not that people would be entertained by her grief, but intrigued. Human interest, and all).
