Dear Tracei, I am so sorry that it has been a month since your lovely dad died. I am particluarly sorry that his death was a lengthy and painful one. That can make the grieving process especially difficult. I am glad you have come to this forum to talk about your feelings, as that can often help. Do you have any family or friends to help you through this difficult period of your life? A month isn’t much time, most people here were in an awful place a month after bereavement, but most will also tell you that it gets a bit better as time passes. We can inly hope and pray that it does.

36 days here since my stepdad died so I get how you feel. Sorry for your loss.
