Oh Nel, you’re not being selfish and ‘fake it till you make it’ just left me speechless. Who on earth came up with that expression!
Like you, I can’t see my life getting any better but just sinking further and further into the abyss. My life was with Ian and the thought of many more years on my own without him fills me with horror.
I’ve started having minor panic attacks now. Nothing major but just ‘catching my breath’, something I never used to do.
