This is the last photo of my Mum and I holding hands on the last day of her life. On Sunday it will be one whole year since we said goodbye to the best wee Mum and Nannie we could have ever have wished for. A million tears have and are still being shed and some days are still so hard, but like you would have wanted we keep going as that’s what you taught us to do. Love you forever Mum
