My dear friend died on Wednesday after a short battle with cancer. I saw her a few days ago and it broke my heart to see her so frail and in so much pain. Her husband died just over a year ago then she got cancer, so much suffering . Im going to miss her so much we talked nearly every day and met up once a week for a coffee before she became ill. How come they can cure lots of things but CANCER seems relentless and affecting so many people and no cure as yet. Waiting to hear when funeral will be hope i can get through it without breaking down so many funerals just lately

Yes i live with mum since my husband died she was also a friend of the lady in question. We are both upset. We went to see her in hospice but she was so out of it
