So last night i had to post on facebook about loosing mark, his sister had put up lovely photos and a post so i just shared that as had friends that didnt know. As expected as soon as it posted i was inundated with messages, i know people are being kind and compassionate but iv been here before i know the messages people saying there always here for you, if you ever need a chat etc, i couldnt stand it so put phone on silent, today i tried my best an answered them all with a thank you as im not a horrible person and would help others, for those that read thos message thanks for taking the time and to all of us who have lost a loved one im thinking of you all and sending you all a virtual hug as we struggle through another day xx
