Still feeling really guilty loosing my cat Salem he was only 9 month old and still feeling really guilty and it’s been 4 months his first birthday is soon aswell and I had plans since I misscaried I treated him like he was my proper child and it just feels heavy

I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your cat Salem, and that you’re carrying so much guilt and heaviness, especially after your miscarriage. It’s completely understandable that you treated Salem like he was your child and part of your family.

Their helpline is 0800 096 6606 and it is open from 8.30am - 8.30pm every day. They also have a Facebook community which you may wish to join.
