@Nuthatch I am so very sorry. There are no words that I can offer, only hope for you. Nothing anyone can say is a comfort and their words are fruitless. This is particularly hard for you as you are so very distressed and don’t forget traumatised too.
What I can say to you is that by coming on here and reading others stories, it can be comforting. At times it can also be too much. Our grief is unique … with love to you, please keep popping in.
