Please note that there have been a few changes to our Community Guidelines and Terms & Conditions.
We ask all our users to follow these guidelines when using the site, so please do take the time to read them if you haven’t already. We’ve made these changes to help ensure that the site remains a safe and supportive place that is focused on bereavement support.
Just to summarise what’s new:
- We’re asking people not to use posts to air personal grievances against other users, including bringing up past moderation against that user.
- We’ve added some more information about our moderation process, how to report problems, and what happens if someone breaks the guidelines.
