Just lost a really good friend can’t stop crying now it is really hard

Hia jane, my deepest sympathies for your loss of your dear friend, my heart goes out to you. Lossing a loved one whether that is family or a close friend is heartbreaking, and it can be very hard to get our heads and thoughts around such a sudden loss. I lost my dad just over 7 months ago and my grief hasn’t eased or got better to handle but I have survived each day as hard as it has been, my dad’s strength and find memories of him keep me going, and I truly hope that you find strength too in the good memories you shared with your friend and that you have family for your support as this will give you the courage to face each day as it comes.
