My Mum died on 2nd September in a care home. She had dementia but died in her sleep and the cause is unknown. I was 2 days into a new job and I feel shocked, overwhelmed, numb.
Hi Miranda, I’m so sorry for the loss of your Mum, you must be in shock, lovely way to go for her, but not you, it’s normal procedure to refer to the coroner if they haven’t been seen by a doctor in the previous few days, losing your Mum is awful, she is the person who has been with you for all of your life, knows more about you than anybody else and then suddenly she has gone, you will feel devastated, try and remember the lovely times you had together, sending love and hugs xx
