RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

I don’t know whether this would help anyone but when I have ‘down days’ I follow Don Fiore on YouTube and practice Qigong and Tai Chi. It really does help me to relax and lifts my mood for a while.

Agree Eagle. I also do Qigong and Tai Chi as well as Yoga. It has helped me also.
