Sadmin - Again

Is this just me, or does everyone have all this hassle? Every day a letter arrives because a different organisation has screwed up. I have had six Council Tax bills, all of them incorrect. A bank closed an ISA and sent the funds to a holding account at my solicitor’s instead of my account, contrary to my instructions. The Inland Revenue change my tax code on a weekly basis, and so it goes on, and on, and on. It is driving me insane. I even had one company that insisted on speaking to my husband. I asked them if they had a Medium working for them because I would quite like to speak to him myself.
What is wrong with these people?

It’s not just you @Willow112
I sent another email to one of N’s old banks.
I sent it to the CEO, started it with his first name, no ‘Dear Mr’ b/s and said…

‘Please tell your marketing team that ‘dead’ is a permanent state. He’s not popping back to read anything is he?
I am sick and tired of dealing with your mess.
I am now taking my complaint to the Financial ombudsman and the ICO as you’ve had enough chances…’

He replied within the hour saying he had personally overseen the updates!
I’ll let you know how that goes… I’m not holding my breath.

I also still have loads of Sadmin to complete.
There have been so many errors I only do one thing at a time now as it just gets too overwhelming and stressful.
Latest is the tax office - they also keep changing my tax codes for what reason I’m not sure and then when I spoke to them they refused to discuss the querie with me saying I had to take it up with the pension provider. So I did - they say it’s up to the tax office.
Does nobody know how to do their jobs any more ???
Will try again with the tax office again tomorrow.
