I am 64 years old my husband was 66…I thought we would grow old together and look after each other.
I lost my husband on the August after 49 years together of which 45 years we were married.
I’m scared of growing old without him and what will happen to me…anyone else feel like this?

I thought we still had some years left to enjoy our retirement together,we were married 51yrs I feel like you,scared,vulnerable, absolutely heartbroken don’t know how to carry on without him
