Hi im wondering if there are any zoom groups set up for sharing experiences of loosing a parent.
I just lost my dad out of the blue - he was 69. I have sessons with a counsellor but i was thinking about a shared experience group where people lean on each other - a bit like an AA meeting. I dont know if that makes sense or if any such groups are established / a bit more personal than messaging.

I also lost my dad out of the blue. Going on 1 year now. He was in his 70’s. I never expected he would leave earth any time soon.
I dont know of any video chat support groups. Its a good idea.
