I’m now six moths on since my wife passed away, why does it still feel hard to go to bed. I can be tiered in a chair down stairs. In bed I’m awake and don’t want to go off to sleep. What is going on.
Having difficulty sleeping is very common among people who have been bereaved, so you’re certainly not alone in experiencing this.
It may be helpful to read our article about ‘Tips to help your sleep routine’ on our Grief Guide website.
Take good care,

Thanks @KateW . Lots of good ideas there. I shall start with reading a book instead of the TV. Thanks.
