So messed up struggling to come to terms with the events around my brothers death and seems I’m on my own with it

You’re not on your own here. Grief is the one thing that most of us have in common on this site. A sudden loss is painful, cruel and leaves you feeling shocked and numb. l know, because it’s what happened to me and that’s exactly how l feel at the moment.
