I was contacted by the mental health nurse and I am taking tablets Sertraline now. I also can choose between different therapies and I will get a phone call on Monday and let them know what therapy I would like to join. I decided to have counseling and later join a bereavement group if possible. Hopefully, it will help me with my situation. Thank you for asking. Sending love and hugs to all.
