Hi lost my son 1st feb suddenly I’m struggling with it he left wife and my 2 granddaughters 12 and 6.

I’m sorry, I lost my eldest son on Nov 8th.
It is still raw and unbelievable. He has an 8 yr old son.
I don’t think losing a child, of any age, is something we will ever get over or come to terms with, partly because it’s not supposed to be that way round, but mainly because it is the most horrendous thing that can happen.
I have bad days and I have ok days.
We buried his ashes the week before last and I can go there and cry and talk to my son.
Be kind to yourself. I find talking and sharing on here is a help.
