I have just heard a beautiful track by a band called Dream Theatre called if I die tomorrow. It’s helping me a bit. Still missing my partner so very much. I feel a lot better these days and hope it lasts. Xmas I’m dreading. Blessings to you all.

I used to love that song, but if I hear it now I have to switch off :disappointed_face:.

Songs and sounds can really stir up the emotions.
