Yeah im ok , just plodding on , but the saying " the deeper you love the deeper you grieve " is so true .

Hope youā€™re coping , i know the first year is heartbreaking and i found the 2nd year even worse . :cry: but what else can we do , but keep on keeping on .

I am still heartbroken. I guess I always will be. As you obviously still are

But as you say, we have no choice but to carry on. Itā€™s just so hard.
I am coping I suppose. I have to.
But I donā€™t think I will ever stop grieving.

The missing is the worst. I will never stop missing him

Oh Dear , i know how that day will hurt , it attacks every fibre of your being . And the lead up to it is also devastating . Be kind to yourself as much as you can .

Yes the missing them is off the scale . I never wanted much from life , just to grow old together :disappointed:

Not a day goes by when Jayne is not in my thoughts
As long as i draw breath my heart belongs to Jayne.
Jaynes birthday was 13th Feb and i lost Jayne on the 10th of Feb .
