My great friend sent me a picture that had appeared on his memories on facebook of my partner and I at his house Christmas 2019 a year before she was diagnosed with cancer. The following year she died. It was happier times for all of us. He thought I’d like a copy of it and he wasn’t wrong I do but it brought back painful memories.This is all so hard.

Hi Peter, it’s so hard living without the ones we loved, and memories even good ones can trigger can trigger all sorts of painful memories of what you had together and what you are missing so much now, it does get easier in time, sending love Jude xx
Thank you Jude. It has got a bit easier over time it’s just when things remind you of how it once was that its a bit tough but it is what it is and we all have to find a way to get through it.
