I’m so sorry to hear about your Sister. I lost my older Sister in December after a 2 year battle with cancer. Some days I manage better than others but I’m just so sad all the time. I still can’t believe this has happened to her and that I have to live the rest of my life without her. I feel very alone with my grief. Please be kind to yourself. It’s good you have reached out here x

I lost my younger sister 6 weeks ago after a 10 year battle with MS. There is only 18months between us and watching her go through this nasty illness has been devastating. I supported her and fought to keep her at home with a care package right up until the very end of her life with the most amazing care team. Now I am completely lost with a huge part of me missing. We also lost my mum to MS 5 years ago. I don’t know who I am anymore and it’s a very lonely place to be.

I’m sorry to hear about your sister. I lost mine in August. It’s such an overwhelming sad experience. However, when you can, remember, her with the love and peace will come. I often remember this on the good days and it makes me feel peace.
Be gentle with yourself and how you feel on those difficult days.
