On the 28th of December 2022 we lost our beloved Nana. I have a very small family, its just me, my sisters, grandparents and my Nana and Popsi. She was the strongest woman i have ever known. When i was little she took care of me all the time, gave me a place to sleep when i had nowhere else to go and always made me food even if she didnt like the food.
Although we expected her passing, it has been very tough. I struggle with emotions in general and have been on and off from numb to crying my eyes out. Everytime i go to pop round and sort her medication its like a sinking feeling knowing i dont have to anymore.
The funeral will be held 23rd January 2023, has anyone found it easier to cope with loss after they are laid to rest?
