Struggling without mum

Hi
I’m so sorry for your loss and 54 is really young. It does sound very similar, I had never heard of it either, and when you Google things it’s even worse. The nurses explained everything but kept saying to us they were used to treating this problem and they had seen worse so we never in a million years thought she would die.
I can’t afford private counseling, I will see how I go. But I had a meltdown at work today. I went back last week, the staff are lovely, it has kept my mind off it, but I had a bad day today we don’t have a manager, area manager trying to put on me it all got too much today, after a long tearful conversation I think they’re finally listening to me. We’ll see what happens, I don’t want to go back off sick. Thank you for replying to me x

Dear Jooles,
It happens quite often that the medics do not know where the primary cancer is situated, You are about the 4th person who has told me this, I am so sorry that there are so many unanswered questions for you to come to terms with.
Love Mary x
