Hi guys, after Christmas and new year i’m starting to struggle a little bit. I lost my mum in October amd my Grandma in November. 4 weeks apart. Me and my family are about to finally have my Grandmas funeral in 2 days. im back at work as part of a distraction to keep myself going and so im not having to overthink. I miss them both terribly and feel lost and numb. im worried that after my Grandmas funeral that everything will hit home once we have the chance to take it all in etc
