Feel like my mental health is getting worse every day is getting tougher. Feel like not getting a break lost dad just over 4 years ago .lost aunt 5 years ago mum may have dementia aunty really ill and wife had misscarriage last year am mentally exhausted

Are you getting any support from your GP? If not, it might be a good idea to make an appointment and let them know how you’re feeling.

I am so sorry you don’t seem to get a break especially when you have reached the point of exhaustion. I can totally relate and the last month has been particularly bad for me. It has made me ill because I’m mentally exhausted so I am forcing myself to slow down and do things I enjoy such as being out in my garden even just for 10 minutes or so at a time. I really wish you some respite and support for yourself.

Still dont feel getting anywhere where with my mind getting lots of low days and sometimes emotional. Cant be bothered doing much and even making dinner is effort
