I LOST MY DARLING HUSBAND SUDDENLY.HE HAD A CARDIAC AREST ON THE BUS ALL ALONE. THEY TRIED CPR BUT WAS TO LATE. I AM DEVASTATED AND CANNOT GO ON WITH THIS GRIEF
I am so sorry for you’re loss. This is a good group to help you. Try and look after yourself, i know it’s very hard and might seem impossible at the moment. Take care
The grief is all consuming and you are not alone . The loss of your life partner is like no other and can only be understood by people who are there too. My husband died aged 61 after a diagnosis just 3 months before. After 42 years together my world has turned upside down. Recognise the emotions as they come and grieve in your own way. Don’t let anyone tell you what is right or wrong, only you know that. Take care of yourself xx
I’m so sorry.
I lost my wife two months ago after 46 years and losing your spouse is the most difficult thing possible. Such a feeling of a vast emptiness. Although I mostly don’t feel like it I make myself see friends for coffee and I do some exercise every day, even though I feel so tired most of the time because I know that tiredness is part of the grieving process. I wish your well.
I also lost my husband aged only 58 to heart disease which we didn’t know about. The hardest part is that you don’t get to say goodbye. For me I wish I could have told him how much I loved him I just hope he knew.
