My dad also had a cardiac arrest in June. My mom found him in the morning. There were 100% no symptoms or signs. We can see that he did some laundry, got in his lounge chair, put his feet up, turned on the TV.
Its been very difficult to believe he is gone. My last memory of him was playing tennis 2 days earlier.
I am so sorry for your loss. I truly understand the suffering and am witnessing my mom going through this. I know it is hard. We just try to breathe, one day at a time.
