Hi my names angie I lost my daughter almost 8 years ago and 4 weeks ago I also lost my soul mate just aged 25 I don’t see no light at the end of the tunnel and can’t stop crying everything I do reminds me of him just wanted to know how some of you amazing people have dealt with this situation x

Welcome to the site. I’m so sorry to hear that you have lost both your partner and your daughter - that is so awful.
The loss of your partner is still very recent and raw and it is understandable that you can’t stop crying - it is better to cry when you need to than to bottle things up.
