Wrote on here a while back commenting on someone who was sueing just thought i would add to anyone else keep going they will grind you downbut after 40months finally got breach of duty and causation agreed so keepgoing

Did a medical negligence solicitor pick up the case for you? Were they the first ones you approached?
Yes but it is a long hard struggle also the health ombudsman but they are a waste of time
