I dream about my Brother every night. He took his own life over 10 years ago. Sometimes I feel like he is calling me. The feeling is so strong it’s unbelievable.

Vaughan, I feel that I should answer your post, even just to say “hello”. You seem to be having these nightmares to often and being so vivid must be taking there toll on your mental health as well as physical because of not sleeping well. Would some form of counselling help or your GP because you can’t keep being in this state. I don’t know what else to say, only you are being thought of and I send you my blessings on the hope that knowing someone is thinking of you helps. Take care.xx
Hi thank you for your reply. It is heavy to carry as sometimes it upsets me and sometimes it makes me happy. He really was my best buddy. Miss him terribly.
